About the role As a member of the Sales Support team you will work with your assigned BDM’s to help give our customers the best experience possible. Whether it’s answering the phone, responding to email requests, preparing quotes or processing orders you will bring care to everything you do. Key elements of the role include: • Working with your assigned BDM to assist them in meeting annual Sales targets. • Providing support to customers in the BDM’s absence. • Working with BDM’s, customers and internal teams you will help bring projects to life, ensuring they are delivered on time. • Data entry including database management using company ERP system. • Overseeing the entire order process from quote through to dispatch and invoicing of goods. About you • Experience in a customer focused role ideally within the interiors, furniture or specification industry. • Passionate about delivering superior, effective customer service. • High attention to detail, accuracy and integrity and experienced with data entry. • A positive, fun and open attitude. • Great communication and interpersonal skills. • A problem solver and lateral thinker who takes responsibility for tasks.
