Estimator – Manufacturing and Joinery

Estimator – Manufacturing and Joinery(Full Time)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Manufacturing Draftsperson with Joinery Estimator experience.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be a key member of the team and be responsible for driving business-wide objectives and achieving daily production results.
In this challenging and rewarding role, quality and productivity will be the primary focus and will be suited to a hands on candidate who can adapt their approach from project to project to cater to changing client requirements. You will work closely with the Production team (including a supervisor and leading hand) continuing to encourage a positive culture and develop the team to achieve personal and organisational objectives

  • Proven estimating experience
  • Prior experience in Solidworks would be looked on favourably
  • Motivated, punctual, team player and reliable
  • Project deliverables including budget and deadlines
  • Drafting understanding & skills
  • Logistics understanding
  • Ability to meet scheduling and project timing
