NINE by Mirvac is a boutique residential development on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, designed to bring refined living, well-connected outdoor spaces and community-centred design together in one place. Guided by Mirvac’s vision for “Creating Communities” - places where people can live, relax, play and connect - the precinct blends architecture, landscape and amenity into a cohesive environment that enhances everyday life.
Working in collaboration with landscape architects McGregor Coxall and contractors Leathwood, botton+gardiner supplied a suite of public-realm amenities to support the development’s outdoor spaces. This included the Prospect Drinking Fountain and several 240L Bondi Bin Housings, paired to create double units for both General Waste and Recycling.
Each Bondi Bin Housing features a Textura Monument powder-coated body and panels with a Speckle perforated front panel, delivering a durable finish that complements the development’s architectural palette. Together with the Prospect Drinking Fountain, these elements help create a cohesive, user-friendly public domain aligned with Mirvac’s commitment to well-designed urban living.
