Located on NSW’s Central Coast, Catherine Hill Bay is a historically significant coastal village recognised for its heritage streetscapes, bushland backdrop and sweeping headland views.
As part of the Stage 3 Village Park development, the new public space has been designed to maintain the village’s historic identity while supporting inclusive community recreation, featuring walking paths, bio-ponds and a “natural play” zone with low-key timber structures.
Specified by Moir Studio with Daracon as the appointed contractor, botton+gardiner supplied a selection of outdoor furniture from the Contour Collection, including:
Contour Seats with armrests
DDA-compliant Contour Post Tables with wheelchair access on one end, meeting AS1428.2 standards
Each piece features a satin-polished frame paired with Duraslat battens in Dune, offering a refined, coastal-toned finish that blends into the surrounding landscape rather than competing with it.
With its curved profiles and minimal visual weight, the Contour Collection complements the site’s natural topography, contributing to accessible community amenities without detracting from the area's historic village character.
