Located in Sydney’s southwest, the Willowdale Scenic Hills project is a standout example of community-led, environmentally sensitive design. Designed by Paterson Design Studio for Stockland, and delivered in partnership with Greater West Landscapes, the project transforms more than 8 hectares of regenerated bushland into a vibrant and multifunctional public realm for the Willowdale community.

The landscape design includes an expansive park, community garden, walking trails, and the carefully recreated historic 'Leppington House' — all aimed at celebrating the site's heritage while fostering community connection and outdoor living.

Paterson Design Studio selected key products from our Prospect Collection, recognised for its bold asymmetrical forms and robust, high-performance materials—ideally suited to public parklands and urban spaces. Combining a grounded concrete base with a refined industrial steel frame, the collection offers durability with a light visual footprint. Products installed include Truss Benches, Truss Tables, bin enclosures, and drinking fountains—each designed to integrate seamlessly into the natural setting while meeting the functional demands of everyday use.

The Prospect Collection’s refined, yet distinctive aesthetic supports the project's broader vision: to create inviting, accessible, and enduring public spaces that enhance community engagement and respond sensitively to the surrounding landscape.
